We currently list the United States as our shipping destination.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your apartment, unit, or suite number where applicable. If a destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Our stated order processing time is 2 business days.
Processing time begins after payment has been successfully confirmed. It covers order review, preparation, and handover to the shipping provider. Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders may require additional processing if payment verification, address confirmation, inventory checks, or other issues arise.
